Everything!!! Can’t fault anything from the time set foot inside till I checked out. A hidden gem in an area of Paris I wouldn’t have visited. The room although small, was beautifully appointed and very functional. Bathroom had a lovely big shower, and a towel warmer a real pleasant surprise. Everything was pristine and very clean. Was nice to have a window that fully opened. Staff were amazing, were so helpful, went over and above my expectations. All spoke English really well. Metro, 2 minutes walk and a quick trip into Central Paris . Gurd du Nord a 15 Minute walk or €9 by taxi. Great cafes and restaurants really close by. Convenience stores and bakeries as well. I love people watching and this area didn’t dissapoint such a cosmopolitan mix

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The coffee is delicious. Simon's Boutique Hotel is very clean and is run very carefully. The room was also clean and comfortable, although a bit small in size. All in all, very neat and modernly equipped. The dining room on the other hand was very spacious. For a 3-star hotel, great. I had a less good breakfast in some 5-star hotels. The hotel was worth every cent, I have to say! The metro station was almost around the corner. This way we could reach any point in Paris very quickly. For this inexpensive and nice 3-star hotel I give 10 points.

The hotel is located in a popular neighborhood with mini-markets, bakeries , restaurants (French and ethnic), very close to Max Dumoy (line 12) metro stop (no direct access to RER B for the airport, however). It is modern, comfortable, there is a computer for customer use in the entrance and there are 2 or 4 large elevators. The room size is regular for France, no fridge but a large TV! Not that you visit Paris to watch TV! The bed was very comfortable. The staff reserved a cab for me for the following morning. It was there on time. Actually, the hotel staff is to be commanded for its friendliness and willingness to help.

The hotel was very cleanly presented, the staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. We conversed with them primarily in French but noticed they were equally friendly to those where they conversed in English. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a balcony where you had a good view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful. The room was a good size and very comfortable thanks to the air conditioning. The value for money was very good. There are several tube stops within short walking distance from the hotel. You can walk to the hotel from the Gare du Nord (20 mins), so very useful if you use the Eurostar.

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional—polite, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was immaculate and in excellent condition. The breakfast area offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is well-connected to central Paris, just 3-4 stops away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
